Frequently asked questions
Refunds — what if my partner does not respond?
If your boyfriend, girlfriend, spouse or partner does not respond within the agreed test period, we record the test as passed — no response. A lack of response is not proof of loyalty. Once the agreed service has been completed, a lack of response alone does not qualify for a refund. Your statutory rights, including any applicable withdrawal rights and remedies for a faulty service, remain unaffected.
How does the test work?
After payment, we agree on the process with you by email before starting.
Is my order confidential?
